Our Leadership Structure
The Board of Directors of Omar Mohamed Foundation has a fiduciary responsibility to protect the assets of the Foundation and ensure that the Foundation’s operations and activities use the assets to further the Foundation’s mission. They steer the Foundation towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the Foundation has adequate resources to advance its mission.
